A native Timorese citizen, born in Baucau District and now domicile in Dili, East Timor,
he is the founder and owner of the company which is started from the beginning and
became the first airport ground handling service provider in the country. Established
in March 2000, pioneering to develop aviation industry and tourism is very important key roles that he has taken as if it was in the early periode of time after Independence of Timor Leste (East Timor).
Several other private business in the aviation industry and tourism also have been
established within the same period of time, i.e: Air Cargo Export-Import services, Air
Ticket, Tour and Travel (In-bound and Outbound), Goods & Services supply. Those are
incorporated in the STAT GROUP.
Aside from having a strong business spirit, he also has a high social spirit to uplift the
dignity of the people. Both this spirits and roles have made him a respectfull person in
community and among government officials, having wider access to his business
network both in home country and other countries.

Republica Democratica de Timor-Leste (RDTL). Founded by Mr. J. Bosco A. Guterres (the owner) in March 2000,
with reason of company founding fundamentally is a willingness of taking important key role in economic
development and unity of the Nation. STAT in the first full year of start up ground services provided for United
Nation big group and official air operators both commercial, special air services and chartered flights and
other airport ground services arrangement.
The fast growing in aviation industry in the last 20 years
has brought STAT being more experienced airport
ground handling company in the country dealing with
